G 793 Neutral Silicone Sealant
KNG 793 Neutral Silicone Sealant is a one-component, neutral curing
with excellent anti-mildew, It is specialized in sealing joints in mildew and has excellent adhesion performance with waterproof, caulking and sealing for doors
and windows installation, glass device, sanitary ware and kitchenware,inner
and outer walls of all kinds. It also has perfect bond performance for new
constructive materials such as fluorocarbon sprayed aluminum material,
powder sprayed aluminum material and plastic covered steel, etc. It brings
in water from air and solidifies quickly into silicone sealant being of good
elasticity. This elastomer can hold its performance of waterproof and seal under rigorous weather condition.
Application:
1. various door & window installation and glazing device.
2. cementation & seal of aluminum plate, exposed frame and stone
3. cementation & seal of metal, glass, etc.
4. seal & cementation of al-alloy door & window, storefront, show window, diagonal and skylight corner line.
5. good sealing performance for glass, glass fiber, pottery & porcelain and greaseless material
Characteristics:
1. Superior weather resistance and aging resistance;
2. Superior anti-mildew in industrial area.
3. Neutral curing, non-corrosive to metals, coated glass. Concrete and marble;
4. Excellent adhesion to stones, ceramic and concrete components, and no staining.

Limitations:
1. Not suitable for frost-laden or wet surfaces.
2. Not recommended for oil contained or blended surfaces.
3. Not suitable for confined joint(the sealant need atmospheric moisture for cure)
4. Not suitable to use when the temperature of the materials surface is lower than 4oC or higher than 40 oC.
